UniComData has been building on our National Accounts
Program since 1993. Since then we have serviced many companies who have branch locations all across the country. Under our National Accounts Program,
UniComData supplies the necessary equipment including the phones and phone systems, cabling, call handlers and
paging systems, to help unify such expansive companies. If a problem should arise or if a line or cable integrity test needs to be
conducted, we immediately dispatch a technician that is familiar with the company's unique specifications and preferences.
Uniform Pricing
We take the guess work out of your investment by working with you to negotiate a fixed price for products and services including replacement parts and phone systems, service calls, subsequent trip and travel fees, cabling rates, and overtime rates.
Centralized Billing
UniComData assumes the responsibility for finding and negotiating terms with local contractors. We work hand-in-hand with the customer throughout the process by dispatching, managing and reporting progress to the customer. This allows for UniComData then to add combine the fees for services from the contractors and bill the customer with one unified bill.
Dedicated Account Management
Each customer is assigned an Account Manager who is responsible for keeping you informed about the details of any job that has been dispatched. This allows you to have a primary contact within UniComData who is dedicated to managing your account.
Customized Solution
At UniComData we realize the uniqueness of each company and are driven to work with you to select the equipment that best suits your specific requirements. If you have special needs, our National Accounts group will work with you to develop the best solution for your company.
Central Office Group
Our National Accounts Program implements Central Office Group work for customers by working with service providers such as AT&T, Verizon and other phone carriers, regardless of whether the need is to order or change service, check lines or move service upon company relocation.
Project Management
Our National Accounts group is experienced with coordinating the telephony aspects of a new store opening or store relocation. We are able to track and manage the construction status and keep your team informed throughout the project.
Custom Reporting
Your UniComData Account Manager will work with you to design custom reports that give you an important up-to-date snapshot of your enterprise-wide telecom expenditures. This valuable service will allow you to make informed decisions about your telecom infrastructure.
